What is a Decision Configuration?

A Decision Configuration is one question your software asks over and over, set up once: what it asks, which answer type it returns (yes/no, a single choice or a ranked list) and where its context comes from (the prompt or read-only MCP endpoints).

  • Many customers, one deployment. A configuration that serves every tenant of one shared, multi-tenant SaaS deployment counts once.
  • Separate deployments count separately. If each customer runs in its own isolated deployment or cluster, each production deployment needs its own license. For unlimited deployments across your company, choose Enterprise.
  • New versions are included. Changing a configuration and shipping the new version doesn't add another, as long as you certify that the previous version is out of production within 30 days of the new one going live.
  • Only production counts. Development, test and staging copies are included.
